The Gloucester Devils Ringette Teams have formed a partnership with the Ottawa Boys & Girls Club, Camp Minwassin for Teambuilding Weekends. While there, the Devils discuss Team and Individual Goals, Rules to Live By, Strategy and Tactics and have fun participating in teambuilding activities, moving to more strenuous activities that can only be performed by having self confidence and trust in your teammates. Camp activities progressively develop this trust and self confidence. This season the Gloucester Belles "AA's", the Gloucester Juniors, both "AA" and "A" participated in the fun and productive weekend camp. In previous years the Petites, Tweens, Debs and even the Intermediates, have gone as well...
