The Tween A Devils Take Silver at the Prelims
The Tween A Devils edged out Metcalfe Tween A, 4-3 in the semi-finals
of the Eastern Region prelims held in Pembroke. The determined
Devils played a fast skating finesse game mixed with a touch of
the physical to outpace the physical Metcalfe team to earn a berth
in the finals.
The finals matched the Gloucester Cumberland Tween A Devils against
the host Upper Ottawa Valley team. The Devils played an outstanding
game against UOV but came up short, 3-1, to take home the Silver
medal. Congratulations to the Devils.
