September 1, 2011 Dear Sir or Madam: Today, with 25+ teams and more than 350 players, coaches and officials, the G.C.R.A. has proved to be a dominating force on the Provincial and National Ringette scene. This combined with an additional 100+ teams from the National Capital area brings an extra 1,500 participants together to compete in a regular interlocking schedule of more than 130 teams with more than 1,800 players. These players, combined with their family and friends, administrators, officials, and coaches, provide a substantial captive market for your advertising investment. To be successful our teams appreciate the assistance of advertisers and sponsors. While each player will pay a registration fee, we would like your help towards funding tournaments, ice time and team equipment. Currently, regional sanctioned Ringette tournaments have fees of up to $700. Registration for Provincial Championships is over $1,000 and ice costs have increased significantly in the last few years. To help offset these costs, we are hoping that
you would consider sponsoring a team or player for the upcoming season.

Sponsorship donations would be greatly appreciated and can be made
by cheque, payable to the GCRA (Gloucester Cumberland Ringette Association)
and can be sent to the address above. Please include a mailing address
