Subject to availability of funds, GRA will provide financial assistance to competitive teams going to Nationals based on covering 15% of the team's total National's budgeted costs up to a maximum of $2,500 per team per qualifying year. Submitted budgets to the V.P. Competitive must include Travel Transportation to/from National's site, local ground transportation, lodging based on 4 players per room, & food based on a maximum of $25 per day per player. Pick-ups from other associations are excluded from the calculations.
Funds to be payable to team coordinator prior to the team's departure for the competition.
Players from GRA who are picked up by other association teams will be supported on a pro-rated basis.
