News for the upcoming season

Rule Changes
Effective this season all players (Novice/ U9 through Belle/ U19) will be required to wear a mouth guard in all NCRRL games. This new rule was passed this spring by the NCRRL and will be in effect once the season starts in September.

The Ontario Ringette Association has passed a motion that effective September 1, 2010, shoulder pads are mandatory for all players U19 and below and strongly recommended for 18+. This rule covers the age and not the division, a registered U19 Player playing/sparing up in the 18+ division must wear shoulder pads.

GCRA News
New white Jersey's have been ordered for all B and C teams and should be ready to go for the fall when the season starts. All teams (U9 to U19 will have 2 sets of jerseys.

Please check the Web site regularly as last minute changes could happen. It is also the best way to keep you informed of the various programs your association offers during the year.
