WELCOME HOME FROM ORLEANS ONLINE
The Gloucester Open AA Devils won the Canadian Ringette Championships with a 4 - 3 Overtime Win against favoured Alberta. Their Semi Final Game against B.C. 5 - 4 also in overtime, took them to the Gold Medal Game where heart, desire, toughness under pressure won the day. The Ottawa Junior AA, representing Ontario won the Bronze Medal, losing a hard fought 7 - 6 game also against B.C. The Ontario Open team finished in 2nd place in round-robin play, while the Ontario Juniors finished the round-robin in third place. The Gloucester Belle AA's represented Ontario as well. After winning their first four games they lost both games on Thursday by a goal. They finished in 5th place with a four and four win/loss record.
