    		• An ORA form must be signed and handed in by new players and those who have reached 18 years of age.         Les nouveaux joueurs et les joueurs agés de 18 ans et plus doivent remplir un formulaire d'inscription de l'ARO.

    		• New registrations must be accompanied by a copy  of the birth certificate.         Les nouvelles inscriptions doivent être accompagnés d'une copie du certificat de naissance.

    		• Please do not send cash through the mail (cheque or money order payable to Gloucester-Cumberland Ringette Association). NSF cheques will be charged an administrative fee of $40.00.         Prière de ne pas poster de montants comptants. (chèque ou mandat de poste payable à l’Association de Ringuette de Gloucester-Cumberland). Les cheques FI seront chargés un frais administratif de 40$.

    		• No player will be allowed on the ice without proof of registration.         Aucun joueur n’aura accès au jeu sans preuve d’inscription.

    		• Each team shall nominate a volunteer other than a member of the bench staff (coach, a/coach, trainer, manager) to help during the GCRA tournament. This individual shall be required to provide approximately five hours of their time to work as a troubleshooter during the tournament.
         		        Chaque équipe devra nommé un volontaire autre qu'un membre du personnel de l'équipe (entraineur, entraineur adjoint, soigneur, gérant) pour aider lors du tournoi de l'ARGC. Cet individu s'engage à travailler l'équivalent d'environ cinq heures à titre de "troubleshooter" pendant le tournoi.

    		• Any player withdrawing after tryouts begin will be subject to an administrative fee as stipulated in the Registration Fee Payment and Refund Policy.         Un joueur qui se retire après le début des essais sera assujetti à des frais administratifs tel qu'identifiés dans la politique sure les inscriptions et remise de fonds.

    		• With the exception of the Bunny level, a $10 discount is offered to mail-in registrations paid in full and postmarked no later than July 30th.         À l'exception du niveau "Bunny", un rabais de 10$ est offert pour les inscriptions payés au complet et cachetées avant le 30 Juillet.
