'ON ICE' Funding - Selection Criteria

All 'ON ICE' Funding applications (including for returning Bunnies) must be received by the registration due date as listed on the GCRA website each year.

Awarding of funding will be based on the following criteria:

          Number of requests received

          Amount of funding available

          Request for funding must be received by the registration deadline (see website)

          The child must be a returning player to GCRA

          The level of volunteering with the Association by the parents/guardians in the year prior to
           application .

Once all applications have been received and decided upon, you will be contacted by a member of the Executive to be informed of the decision. If GCRA has decided to not provide any funding for your child, you will need to pay the remainder of the registration fee. If you choose not to continue, any money that you have put towards your registration fee will be returned in full. Remember, you can always talk to the Treasurer regarding a registration payment schedule that may better meet your financial situation. All information provided regarding this funding application will be kept in confidence.
