staff member is NOT qualified for the position he/she is on
the TRF for, he/she may NOT be shifted
to another position on the TRF after this date. If you
believe a coach will not be qualified by this deadline and he/she
is qualified for another bench staff position, complete and
mail a TRF Change Form to the ORA office before this date.
