having applied to coach with the
Gloucester Ringette Association, hereby pledge to carry
out the duties and responsibilities of my position based
on the Coach's Code, since I believe that the "conduct of
coaches must be of the highest Standard in such an
influential position with young people."

I will adhere to the declared principles of:
! Provision of equitable opportunity to all participants;
! Insistence on the highest standard of sportsmanship;
! Opponents and spectators being treated with respect
   at all times;
! A sound knowledge of the rules of the game;
! The rules being regarded as mutual agreements and
   the spirit or letter of which no one should try to evade
   or break;
! Officials being present to ensure that the rules are
   enforced in the designed manner. Decisions of officials
   are to be treated as honest in intent;
! No advantage, except those of superior skills, are to
   be sought over opponents; and,
! Acceptance of winning or losing graciously.

I authorize the Association to carry out a police record check.

QUALIFICATIONS

** Note: Ringette Canada and the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) have changed the method of delivery and qualification for Coaches. Two new workshops have been introduced to replace the NCCP Level 1, and 2 programs.

Level 3 Technical, Theory and Practical will continue as is until at least 1 April, 2007.

Since 2003 Community Sport Initiation (CSI) Worksops now trains B, C and Recrational Coaches.

Since 2005/06 season, Introduction to Competition (CI) for A and AA coaches.

For TAA, JAA, BAA and OAA a training program called Gradation has also been implemented.

While Submiting this form,if you get an ERROR Message of any kind, PLEASE Press your Browser BACK BUTTON in the top left corner of your screen to get back to this Page. If your ERROR Message says something to the effect of: "Sorry, but I cannot figure out who sent you here. Your browser is not sending an HTTP_REFERER. If you are using Norton Firewall (any version), please see the Norton support site."

The "fix" is in your own computer in the Norton Internet Security files. Fred Black from Nepean, experimented with the instructions from the Norton Support Site. It worked without any error messages.. The procedure is basically what Norton suggests on its web site but making the change for "www.sibername.biz" (where the form is actually going) rather than the NCCRL address. The step by step procedure is:
		Open Norton Internet Security, click on "Privacy Control" and then "Configure".
		Click on "Advanced" in the window that pops up.
		Another window will pop up, click on "Add Site" and then enter "www.sibername.biz" in the box that opens.
		Back to the "Advanced" window, Uncheck "Use Default Settings" under "Information about visited sites" (2nd block of things on the right) and then select "Permit" instead of "Permit Same Site".
		Click "OK" in the "Advanced" window and then "OK" in the "Configure" window.

If this does not help you can still try the previous "fix": Before Fred's techinical fix above, I found that when my form was all filled in ready to submit, by clicking on my Norton Internet Security Icon in the Lower Right hand corner of my screen, I was able to select "disable" which then allowed me to click Submit with no error message. As soon as I submitted the form, I immediately selected "enable" my Norton Security System again. My Internet Security was off for approximately 3 seconds.
